Limitations of Services: Our services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. Clients experiencing severe mental health issues should seek help from licensed professionals. Our counselors are not licensed mental health professionals but are trained in Biblical counseling, providing spiritual encouragement rather than psychological treatment. While we offer support in navigating life challenges from a Christian faith perspective, we do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and we recommend seeking professional therapy if needed. Biblical counseling differs from therapy in that it is focused on scriptural guidance and spiritual support, whereas therapy is provided by licensed professionals and addresses mental health treatment, diagnosis, and clinical care. Our services are not regulated by the state, as Biblical counseling does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. Our counselors are based across the U.S., and as long as they do not present themselves as licensed therapists, they can offer spiritual counseling, in line with federal guidelines. If you have mental health concerns, we recommend seeking professional therapy, as our services are not a replacement for licensed clinical care. Additionally, while our services are strictly virtual and faith-based, they are not telehealth or therapy services. By receiving Biblical counseling, you acknowledge and accept that our services are faith-based and not intended as a substitute for professional therapy. If you are currently seeing a therapist, you are welcome to receive Biblical counseling alongside your therapy, and we encourage you to discuss this with your therapist for a well-rounded approach to your well-being.

3. Confidentiality

Client Privacy: We respect the confidentiality of our clients and will not disclose any personal information shared during counseling sessions without consent, except as required by law.

4. Client Responsibilities

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the session fee.
Refund Policy: Fees paid for counseling sessions are non-refundable unless a session is canceled by the counselor.

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from counseling services, as individual experiences may vary.

7. Dispute Resolution

Addressing Concerns: Clients are encouraged to voice any concerns or grievances directly with their counselor. We aim to resolve issues amicably and professionally.
Mediation: If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the client agrees to engage in mediation with a mutually agreed-upon third party before pursuing legal action.

8. Informed Consent
